Mary Kate lives in Homewood, AL with her husband and their three kids: their angel Allie Beth, their son Tripp, and their daughter Camille. Years of watching her mom devour books and trips to Barnes and Noble as a child fueled a lifelong love of reading. After college, she rediscovered this love of reading and began putting pen to paper. Somewhere along the way, she decided to share her stories, and her husband supported her leaving her corporate career to pursue writing full-time. She is currently drafting her second manuscript, a contemporary romance with speculative elements. When she isn’t reading or writing, you can find her playing with her kids or rewatching Gilmore Girls or Criminal Minds for the one-hundredth time.
